RETURN POLICY

We appreciate your purchase with us. Please read the following policy, conditions, and process carefully as they outline important information and guidelines regarding your rights and obligations as our customer concerning any purchase you make through us.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  1. Incorrect Product: If the product delivered does not match the order placed by the user.
  2. Manufacturing Defect: If the product has a manufacturing defect.
  3. Shipping Damage: If the product has been damaged during shipping.
  4. Late Delivery: If the product is delivered after the stated delivery schedule, except in cases of delays due to unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control or force majeure events.

Return Conditions:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, along with the invoice.
  • The product must be unopened and sealed. Products that are opened or missing an invoice will not qualify for return or exchange.
  • All returns are subject to a quality inspection. If the product passes the inspection/testing then only it will be eligible for return.
  • Our return policy does not apply to bulk orders.

Damaged Products: While it is rare, if your product arrives damaged, please email us at aayaessentials@gmail.com a photo of the damaged product along with the barcode within 48 hours of receiving your order. In such cases, you will be eligible for an exchange of the damaged product.

Time Frame: You must initiate a return request within 5 days of receiving your order. After 5 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 Exchange Policy

  • All exchanges, including requests for a different product size, are subject to availability and our specific confirmation.

 Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before the product is dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched, no cancellation requests will be accepted.
  • As part of our business practices, the company reserves the right to cancel an order after providing prior notice. In such cases, a full refund amount will be issued to the user, provided the order has not been processed.

 Refund Policy

  • Refunds will only be issued if the product qualifies for a return as per our return policy.
  • If eligible, refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days.
  • Refunds are applicable only for purchases made by logging into your account.
  • No refunds will be issued on orders where discounts have been applied.
  • We will issue a refund in the form of a discount coupon for the same amount, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
